| Cancellation of Order before Dispatch You can amend your basket, at anytime before moving to the checkout, even placing items in it and coming back later. Once you have passed through the checkout process and you wish to cancel part or all or your order you need to telephone our office, using our local rate number 0845 226 8077. This is open Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 3.30pm. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered you have two options. Refuse delivery from the post man and request return to sender. If you do this please complete the form below to advise us, as we can only refund your money on receipt of item back into stores.Return the item as described below.
If you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us its original condition . Blister packs must remained sealed. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 7 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at WSInspire.com, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, excluding postage & packing. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. To make a return, complete the form below and press the send message button. You will receive an email giving you instructions on how to proceed.
